CANCELLATION POLICY - Be Elsewhere Ltd
We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies once a booking has been confirmed.
Deposits
All bookings require a 20% deposit to secure your place. Deposits are non-refundable.
If You Cancel
More than 6 weeks before the start date:
Your deposit is retained. No further balance is due.Between 6 and 4 weeks before the start date:
50% of the total booking cost is payable.Within 4 weeks of the start date:
100% of the total booking cost is payable.
If less than the applicable cancellation charge has been paid at the time of cancellation, the outstanding balance remains payable.
You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional charge, provided we receive their full details in advance and they agree to our Terms & Conditions. Responsibility for arranging the transfer remains with the original booking holder.
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If We Cancel
If Be Elsewhere Ltd cancels an experience (for example, due to minimum guest numbers not being met or circumstances beyond our reasonable control), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us.
We are not liable for additional costs incurred by you, including travel or accommodation arrangements.
